- 1. Responsible for in
- store product assortments and management- 2. Monitor and provide the necessary action to improve store product assortments and planograms- 3. Merchandiser ensure both consignment and credit sales development for retail channel- 4. Ensure products are displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement- 5. Expect to spend 40% worktime on store market visit (2 days/week) and daily product checking ( visual support)- 6. Ensure sales monitoring and action by retailer, by store, by product in order to reach target sales volume- 7. Work closely with TSR marketing and operarional Dpts to ensures proper sales strategy implementation- 8. Assist in forecasting items/ Store Sales potential by utilizing its expertise- 9. Manages the workload of reports by training, monitoring, and giving clear direction on all projects and timelines for assigned account(s).- 10. Attend Business reviews, strategy meetings, tradeshows and related customer meetings to provide direction on Merchandise direction- 11. Develop a strong relationship with key decision makers at the retail level.- 12. Initiates the need for change in policies and procedures and identifies opportunities for improvement in current processes- 13. Ensure the best customer experience. Encourages positive morale, teamwork and communication within the department- 14. Ensure product training and coaching- 15. Ensure monitoring of competitors' performance (product and price benchmarketing )- คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree

2. At least 3 years experience in Retail merchandisers

3. Basic computer proficiency

4. Needs a strong leadership, communicatrion, and negotiating skill

5. Must be able to multitask and function in fast-paced working environements.
