**Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Logistics**
- Handle import/export shipments both merchandise and non-merchandise items until on-time delivery to destination.
- Notify boutiques and relevant departments of the upcoming shipments.
- Handle import/export process of repair items and issue shipping documents (invoice and packing list) for forwarders to proceed shipment to and back from regional after sales service center.
- To coordinate with boutiques and relevant departments for all extra shipments from outside forwarders
- Arrange re export shipment.
- **Inventory Management**
- Manage warehouse inventory and stock movement both merchandise and non-merchandise.
- Review and verify quantity received against shipping documents.
- Provide delivery orders to warehouse operation team for shipping and reception purposes.
- Assist cycle count for warehouse to be accurate with stock reconcile.
- Review and investigate stock discrepancy.
- Coordinate between shipper and receiver to ensure no error on shipment reception.
- **After-Sales**
- Handle and coordinate with regional team for repair and claim items.
- Responsible for reports required by After sales regional team.
- **Operational management**
- Analyze cost and appropriate shipping arrangement and arrange delivery.
- Liaise with Logistics team both Regional and HQ for all import/export issues.
- Responsible for Logistics reports required by Logistics HQ.
- Ensure suppliers and service providers in line with the global standards.
- Support destruction, Family sales, or special project event.
- Support and analyze as per ad hoc assignment.

**Profile**:

- Work Experience & Education
- 2 years of logistics or retail stock management experience, preferably in luxury retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Skills
- Good English communication both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel.
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, good team player, fast learner and work-well under pressure.
