**Sales Administrator/Customer Coordinator**

**Primary Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of internal customer quotations
- Coordination with Technical staff of specification details
- Creation and maintenance of good customer relationship
- Works closely with CSM support engineers
- Assist BDM Team Handling of Sales inquiries
- Provision of product information to customers over the phone
- Comparison of specs and prices
- Management of supplier relationships
- Regular reporting to management.
- Release customer purchase order into system, update delivery schedule, negotiate the delivery schedule and order confirmation.
- Review delivery and material status by following up material controller to ensure that all materials are ready for the project start.
- Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company Responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure that product deliveries are on time and that projects/programs are on schedule.
- To co-ordinate and follow up with support team for relate issue.
- Communication with customer as a daily basis and distribute information from customer to concerned person and gather information back to customer.
- Coordinates and hosts regular (as needed) tracking meetings with the customer and internal team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting occurs.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Thai National
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Customer oriented, customer centric
- Good understanding of order processing
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, working within and IT company would be a bonus
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to perform in multi-cultural working environment
- Proposal writing - primarily in English
- Computer proficiency in MS Office

**Qualification:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer, Telecommunication, Engineering or related fields would be an advantage but not required.
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Expected salary: 18,000 - 23,000 can be negotiable
- English: 5/10 fair skill
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales/Telesales of computer, networking products with successful record of company achievements and sales goals, developing business with new and existing customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, strong leadership
- Effectively assess and identify market opportunities
- Basic technical understanding, advanced technical knowledge is of advantage in the selection process
- Can start working immediately (would be good)
