Kantar’s HR Service Delivery team delivers a range of HR support including workforce administration, payroll, onboarding, offboarding and advisory services. Reporting to the Team Lead HR Service Delivery, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR service delivery in Thailand supporting 300 employees.

The role requires excellent service delivery leadership experience in a complex matrix environment. You will work in close collaboration with local stakeholders and HR partners.

Key outcomes- Manage daily activities of and ensure that service meets employees' needs by providing direction, guidance, support, and problem resolution- Responsible for benefits programs and HR policies- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of Workday system- Delivery of statutory and internal management report- Collaborate with Regional HR team, HR BP and Recruiting team to manage employees' lifecycle processes including on-boarding and off-boarding as well as letters preparation- Perform regular audits and follow up with employees to ensure that required documents are submitted and filed- Be the go-to person and build trusting relationships with leaders and team- Review and optimize work processes- Lead and motivate HR Service Delivery Team- Be the primary point of contact for payroll and audit queries for employees and outside auditors- Lead the co-ordination of the end-to-end payroll process in line with relevant laws and procedures while meeting all deadlines for payroll transmission and reporting-
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties from time to time including projects

Key capabilities- Significant experience in HR Operations, shared services, service delivery- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other cloud-based HR systems- Experience in managing projects and transformation programs- Good understanding of workforce administration processes- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to motivate, coach, develop team members for high performance- Exhibits resilience and inspires confidence- Highly analytical and data-driven- Solid knowledge on local employment laws- Experienced in payroll processing- Preferably skilled in Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking
