Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for building and developing HR services teams across multiple countries? If so, we want you to join us as our HR Services Manager at Nutreco As we continue to invest in our people and HR infrastructure, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our APAC region (7 countries, 10-15 FTE) into our existing HR Services community._

**What are your key accountabilities**
- Providing leadership to the HR Services team and managing their overall performance
- Maintaining good relationships with various stakeholders
- Ensuring the HR Services hub is sufficiently staffed with the right team members and coaching and training them for development and specialization opportunities
- Managing the project portfolio for the region and finding ways to improve HR processes
- Ensuring HR service delivery is performed against KPIs and communicating tools for optimal HR service delivery to employees and managers in the region
- Managing and overseeing accurate and timely delivery of payroll for all local payrolls in line with service levels
- Connect with the other HR Services teams to realize join projects, share best practices and help developing the broader services community.
- Coordinating with the global Reward team and other expertise areas to support year-end activities and other HR cyclical events.

We are looking for a individual who has strong communication and collaborative skills, excellent planning ability, and strong project management skills. You should be able to anticipate needs and prioritize several tasks across the team. A great sense of humor is also a plus If you have a passion for process improvement and team development, we would love to hear from you.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance, HR, or another relevant field
- 10+ years relevant HR experience and 3-5 years management experience
- Experience in leading a multi-country set-up for HR services or payroll processes
- People management skills, can lead and motivate a (remote) team
- Communication and written skills in English is required;
- Experience with Workday or related platforms is a plus;
- Willing to travel both nationally and internationally
