Now we’re looking for **an** **Inside Sales representative Telesales** for Softline Thailand. You’ll be a part of our Services Delivery Team to bring Innovation to Softline’s interface. In this role:
**What you’ll do***:

- Generates prospective customers and closes sales generated through cold calling.
- Books appointments for new prospects.
- Qualifies leads, determines customer needs, explains product/service alternatives, recommends the most suitable products/service(s), identifies features and benefits, overcomes customer objections, and closes sales.
- Reports to sales manager or sales management.
- Create and present offers
- Close collaboration with the pre-sales, sales, and technical team in positioning designing, and implementing solutions

**Profile requirements***:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Telesales Manager/Specialist in the IT industry.
- Microsoft product knowledge and experience in solution & consultative sales of IT & Network Services. (Azure, O365 )
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interest in cloud solution implementations.
- Customer orientation.
- Fluent in Thai and English language.
- Thai nationality only
