**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand current real estate trends, competitor activity, and target demographics
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges in the real estate market
- Contact and coordinate with customer, supplier and agency in order to process the plan assigned
- Control and manages budget of each project assigned
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and next plan to the management team by quarter

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Knowledge of real estate is a plus
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work 6 days/week
- Have a car and driver's license

**Education requirements**:
