**Role**

We are looking for a **Junior Strategist** for Bangkok; the satellite office for Thailand that reports into the Singapore APAC hub. This person is a culture-vulture, and has a passion for tech and all things new and trendy. They are curious about cultures, hungry for data and knowledge, and have a flair for translating them into insights that will help the wider team tell beautiful stories and produce iconic creative work that is effective for our client.

**Responsibilities**:

- This person will support the strategic initiatives for Thailand, bringing cultural understanding and knowledge together to answer local business needs of the client
- Develop knowledge and insights about consumers, competitors, behavioural trends and culture in Thailand and turn them into rich, strategic opportunity and creative springboard.
- Write sharp, inspiring creative briefs & presentations; conduct and synthesise research; and manage campaign reports working closely with account team and media agency.
- Add value to the strategy department by sharing inspiration and being a collaborator with other markets.

**Who will thrive in this role**:

- 1+ years of experience in a strategy role in multi-national advertising agencies. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- An innate ability to spot trends as well as be highly curious about consumer behaviour
- Knowledgeable in digital disciplines (specifically social platforms and data analytics) and able to distill data to craft human behavioural insights
- Champion of creativity
- An eye for detail and a strong visual communicator
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit, and able to be nimble and scrappy when resources are limited. Creative problem-solving is always a plus
- Fluent/articulate in English and Thai, verbally and written, with the ability to communicate succinctly and persuasively.
