Senior Business Development Manager

Handle responsibility for managing the sales team, achieve growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales target.
- Research, analyze and identify potential business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Develop relationships with potential partners (e.g. health insurance, etc.) and sustain good relationship with business partners and key stakeholders.
- Systematically execute Sales Pipeline Management by fully utilizing of Sales CRM (e.g. Pipedrive, etc.)
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet client’s needs
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically, carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, customer support, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in business administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Development and B2B sales, healthcare industry background is preferable
- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier accounts and hitting/exceeding annual sales quota.
- High energy, enthusiastic, and passionate about the future business.
- A strong negotiator with solid experienced in end-to-end sales process with closing skills.
- An effective communicator with English proficiency
- Strong business acumen, data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Can do attitude, able to work under pressure
- Sense of ownership, teamwork, enthusiastic and fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
