Tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, customers, partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
- Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Communicate findings to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Develop strategies to foster strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Technical Team to ensure smooth implementation of services.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, in Thai and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
