**Our client is a globally known multinational luxury brand with retail operations in the world’s most sought-after retail locations. Established in Europe in the late 1900’s, our client has grown into one of the world’s largest Luxury Goods Group in the world and they are currently seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager to join their Thailand operation in the following capacity.**:
The Assistant Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring the right products (merchandise and non-merchandise) are delivered at the right time to cope with the business needs. This includes international freight, warehousing, local transportation, inventory management, courier service, reverse logistics, etc. This sought-after position will report to the Senior Logistics Manager and its overall duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

- Supporting local supply chain and logistics operations, including warehouse, transportation, and courier
- Maintaining relationships & timely communication with internal departments and external parties to understand, anticipate business needs and provide solutions
- Driving for supply chain excellence, targeting on process synergy, cost optimization or operational service
- Reviewing and driving 3PL’s operation performance with KPIs and solve issues
- Handling inbound and outbound invoicing, shipments as well as reverse logistics
- Coordinating with different departments and 3PL parties to coordinate effective stock movement
- Delivering new projects including new market buy-back, 3PL tender, new system implementation, etc.
- Supporting retail supply chain projects and ad hoc assignments such as store projects, after sales & quality, Visual merchandising if needed
- Preparing regular reports and analysis on logistics operation cost and KPIs
- Managing data administration tasks such as international transfers, warehouse inventory management, CITES log, billing etc.

Qualifications:

- Qualified to a degree level with related major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
- Background in Fashion/Luxury or FMCG retail industry will be a plus
- Analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong numerical sense and excellent Microsoft Excel skills to provide accurate analysis
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai with strong communication and interpersonal skills
