Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or in related field

Responsibilities:We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CTO and the Software Development teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, finds their feet in ambiguity and stays focused when priorities shift.
As we continue our journey of rapid growth, you’ll be the driving force helping our CTO to stay focused on achieving their objectives and making sure their operations are running smoothly. You’ll work side-by-side with the CTO to maximize their effectiveness and enable them to do their best work. Using your organizational skills, you’ll remove all administrative pressures from their life, balance their responsibilities, and deal with any issues before they arise. You’ll identify gaps, initiate change and streamline processes. Being the CTO’s trusted advisor and a sounding board for feedback, you’ll amplify their communication and ensure their vision is implemented across the organization.
You’ll be embedded into the Software Development function and report directly to the CTO. In this role, you’ll get to take on various projects within the organization, work closely with the CTO’s direct team and become deeply involved in the business.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assists the Chief Technology Officer with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports/approval flow; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed meeting plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicates with the general staff on the Chief Technology Officer's behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Coordinate the CTO’s complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring all meeting logistics are taken care of. This includes arranging international travel itineraries and bookings.
- Lead internal communications within the Engineering org. You’ll draft and send out team communications on behalf of the CTO and his direct team.
- Be part of the Dev Leads team (CTO & his direct team). You’ll own meeting agendas, take notes & actions when needed, help the team unpick problems, keep them aligned and accountable.
- Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
- Maintains Chief Technology Officer’s work portal and desk and performs other duties as assigned.
