Shared Service Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the shared service accounting team, ensuring efficient operations aligned with the company's objectives.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, TAS, or SAK).Liaise effectively with various departments to provide financial insights and support, enhancing decision-making processes.Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial reports and statements.Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate risks.Actively participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, driving process improvements and efficiencies within the shared services environment.Utilize ERP systems to enhance reporting and accounting processes, with a preference for SAP experience.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in auditing, with at least 5 years in a management role within a shared services environment.Prior experience in a multi-national company, preferably within the retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.Demonstrated high-level problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and operate effectively under pressure.Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a self-motivated approach.Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Strong teamwork, planning, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks.
Education Requirements:
MBA with a degree in accounting.Qualified CPA certification is mandatory.Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Thai and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
