Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver successful sales results to achieve business targets.
- Manage selected strategic and key accounts in Thailand across all PCB applications and segments.
- Collaborate closely with Taiwan and China teams, as well as LTO and LCO customers to drive PCB migration activities.
- Build and maintain long-term, strong partnerships based on trust at all account levels.
- Serve as the primary contact for accounts regarding requests, new developments, and quality-related issues.
- Develop and implement key account plans and strategies to achieve objectives.
- Identify and develop new potential customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
- Discover impactful opportunities for existing and new products through engagement with potential customers.
- Communicate product benefits effectively and make recommendations to help customers understand the value of the company products.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales, marketing, or engineering experience, particularly in electronic industry-related products.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related Science/Engineering field.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written). Proficiency in Mandarin (both oral and written) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong initiative to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand and abroad as needed.
