Role Overview
You will be a key member of the Manatal sales team assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Dive deep into new customer sign-ups, specifically focusing on key accounts.
Leverage your research skills to assess each company's needs, pain points, and potential fit with Manatal's offerings.
Employ qualification frameworks to determine the decision-makers and key contacts within each account.

Craft targeted outreach materials highlighting the value proposition for these high-level prospects through multichannel outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Conduct phone screenings to effectively qualify prospects and gauge their interest.
Secure introductory meetings between qualified customers and our top management.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, client interactions, and feedback in the CRM.
Assist the management team with research and administrative tasks as needed.
Stay updated on Manatal's product offerings, competitor landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach and lead generation targets.
Other tasks as directed by the CEO or Management.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
Fluent in English communication.
Preferred experience in B2B sales.
Preferred experience of successfully sourcing and qualifying leads.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

This role is based at our Bangkok office in the heart of the city centre.
As a team of diverse cultures and nationalities, English language proficiency is required.
