Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored network solutions.
- Develop and present technical proposals and BoMs to customers.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses.
- Conduct technical training sessions for the Sales team and customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales phase.
Experience Requirements:- 5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure (Server, Security and Network)
- Provide/Completed clients IT Solutions which include Servers, Workstations, Network, CCTV
- Have strong skills in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, etc.
- Have strong experience in Window Server System (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, IIS, File Server)
- Have experience in System Analysis, integration design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Cloud Solution (AWS, Azure) will be advantage.
- Microsoft Certification is advantage
- Good command of spoken, and written in English
- Able to work under pressure and time constraint
- Be a fast leaner and willing to learn new knowledge
- Have strong service-mind characteristics.
