Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored network solutions.
  • Develop and present technical proposals and BoMs to customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for the Sales team and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales phase.



    Experience Requirements:

    • 5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure (Server, Security and Network)
    • Provide/Completed clients IT Solutions which include Servers, Workstations, Network, CCTV
    • Have strong skills in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, etc.
    • Have strong experience in Window Server System (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, IIS, File Server)
    • Have experience in System Analysis, integration design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Experience in Cloud Solution (AWS, Azure) will be advantage.
    • Microsoft Certification is advantage
    • Good command of spoken, and written in English
    • Able to work under pressure and time constraint
    • Be a fast leaner and willing to learn new knowledge
    • Have strong service-mind characteristics.
