Key Responsibilities

  • Design and organize a central database system to store and track all sales activities and performance metrics of the Agency Channel.

  • Establish a systematic approach for extracting and processing data to create efficient reporting workflows.

  • Identify opportunities to automate report generation and streamline the flow of information between agents and management.

  • Generate and distribute comprehensive sales performance reports for the entire Agency Channel on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or Sales Support. Experience in an Agency or Dealer channel environment is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
