Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for AI projects.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, including gathering requirements, defining scope, and validating results.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Create detailed project documentation, workflows, and reports to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in AI and business analysis to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Prepare and present project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assist in testing, validating, and deploying AI models to ensure business needs are met effectively.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst is required, with a strong focus on system, data, and process analysis.
  • Solid experience working with IT systems, integrations, and business requirements; experience in insurance or InsurTech is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and applications is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating workflows, wireframes, or process diagrams.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
