Content Creator (contract 12 months – renewable)

Salary: 20k-23k (based on experience)

Workday: Monday - Friday

Work hour: 8.00 – OT (if any)

Location: Samyan Mitrtown (MRT Samyan)

Responsibilities:

1. Ads Asset & Content Management and Creation


• Develop, organize, and maintain advertising assets across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).


• Provide creative briefs and feedback to ensure assets meet campaign objectives and brand guideline.


• Coordinate with creative agency to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives (images and videos).


• Assist in asset creation (images and video) for basic editing or adaptation of assets for different platforms.


• Review SEO (Search Engine Optimization) content before publishing.

2. Ad Performance Analysis & Optimization


• Agency Briefing: Provide clear campaign briefs to agencies, including updates based on business needs (e.g., removing out-of-stock items from creatives and preparing new assets in advance).


• Content Writing: Write ad copy for all platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand tone.


• Monitoring: Check that ads are live as scheduled and displaying correctly across platforms.

Work closely with team to live ads correctly

3. App Push Notification Management


• Create app push notification content and images.


• Set up app push notification using company own platform.


• Monitoring: Check the result, finding best practice model and improve the copy-asset accordingly.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or any related field.
  • 1-2 year of experience in the field of content creation.
  • New grads with strong experience in content creator and Adobe programs are also welcome.
  • Have a business mindset and a passion to drive for success.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create and manage visual assets (images and videos) for digital campaigns. Can use basic Adobe program (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Copywriting: Strong writing skills for crafting ad content across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools; knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) is a plus.
