Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content (short and long-form) for social media, internal communication, and the school website using tools such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Capture professional photography for school events, portraits, and daily moments—retouching in Lightroom or Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, academic, and admissions teams to align visuals with key messaging and campaign goals.
- Storyboard and plan shoots, including drafting shot lists and selecting the right format for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize content for online platforms, ensuring a balance between quality and performance.
- Organize and manage a digital media library, including tagging, rights management, and version control.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics (views, engagement, shares), using insights to iterate and improve future content.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, suggesting new formats like reels, stories, motion graphics, or interactive content.
- Work at Central World Offices on Weekdays from 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM. (8.5 hours).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia Production, Film, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in multimedia content creation—either in-house or agency side.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).
- Solid understanding of photography: camera settings, lighting, composition, and editing.
- Video editing skills, including pacing, transitions, color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work in design, photography, and video is essential.
- Open to new graduates with an impressive, relevant portfolio.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for light web content integration.
- Experience with audio recording or podcast production.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles with ability to mock up simple interfaces.
- Experience in coordinating freelance creatives, including managing timelines and budgets.
