Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for overall OR management by applying nursing knowledge to set operation standards and ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Manage nursing manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing for patient services.
  3. Oversee maintenance of medical and nursing equipment within the Operating Room.
  4. Handle nursing service management, including people management and workforce planning.
  5. Provide and receive feedback professionally, manage conflicts, and solve immediate issues effectively.
  6. Maintain good service mindset and professional communication with both patients and medical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Nurse or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Knowledge in medical equipment maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, emotional control, and conflict-management skills.
