About the role

As the Head of Operations (Multi-Branch Clinic Operations) at TANTATAT CLINIC COMPANY LIMITED', you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of the company's multi-branch medical clinics. This full-time position is based in Bangkok and involves managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving continuous improvement across the clinics.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the company's multi-branch medical clinics
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations, including staff management, resource allocation, and process optimisation
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
  4. Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  5. Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings
  6. Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational objectives with the company's overall strategic vision
  7. Continuously review and refine operational procedures to enhance patient experience and satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in managing operations within the healthcare or medical industry
  2. Proven track record in leading and optimising the performance of multi-site healthcare facilities or clinics
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  5. Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive operational improvements
  6. Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, industry best practices, and quality standards
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
