Position Title: Partnership Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The Partnership Marketing Manager – New Customer Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive new customer sales through collaborations with external business partners, including credit card companies, banks, and luxury brands. This position is expected to create and implement commercial strategies using product and customer segmentation to identify key customer groups and execute targeted campaigns that align with Jubilee Diamond's business objectives. The role also involves identifying and securing partnerships that enhance marketing efforts and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Strategy & Development: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with external business partners to expand Jubilee Diamond's reach and attract new customers.
  • Customer & Product Segmentation: Use customer and product segmentation to develop targeted marketing campaigns that focus on new customer acquisition in key market segments.
  • Collaborative Campaign Development: Design and implement joint marketing campaigns with partners, ensuring they are aligned with Jubilee's overall growth strategy and drive customer acquisition.
  • Commercial Plan Execution: Lead the creation and execution of commercial strategies, focusing on product and customer segmentation to deliver measurable sales growth.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, potential partners, and customer behavior insights that inform campaign strategies and segmentation efforts.
  • Negotiation & Partnership Management: Negotiate partnership agreements that offer value for both Jubilee and the partner, ensuring successful collaboration.
  • Sales Target & Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor customer acquisition and sales targets through partnership-driven campaigns, providing regular reporting and optimization for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and CRM, to ensure alignment between product strategy, customer targeting, and partner initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing or partnership management, preferably in luxury retail or related industries.
  • Experience in driving customer acquisition strategies through business partnerships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior-level partners.
  • Commercially driven with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury brands and understanding of the high-end retail customer journey.
