About the role

As Sales & Marketing Manager / Sales Director, you will oversee all sales and marketing operations, develop business strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will manage a high-performing team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure alignment with company goals.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales/marketing; at least 5 years in managerial role
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Experience in media, marketing agency, SaaS, production, or industrial sales is an advantage
