Cluster Corporate Sales Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market analysis and strategic planning
Analyse corporate sales market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Develop and drive objectives and action plans to initiate short and long-term corporate sales
strategies.
Identify target industries and companies with high accommodation demand.
Set sales targets and KPIs aligned with company's business objectives.
Business development and account acquisition
Actively prospect and contact potential corporate clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Conduct outside sales calls to present hotel products and services.
Visit clients at their offices to discuss their accommodation needs and customize solutions.
Negotiate corporate rates, contract terms, and service agreements.
Close contracts that meet volume and rate expectations.
Corporate account management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate accounts.
Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings.
Monitor account performance and identify upselling opportunities.
Ensure contract compliance and renewal processes.
Manage customer database and keep accurate records of all corporate accounts.
Administrative and reporting duties
Update pricing charts and corporate rate structures regularly.
Register and manage corporate accounts in hotel systems.
Communicate rate updates and promotions to related departments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Keep all stakeholders informed of corporate sales activities.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
o Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management in the hospitality industry with Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event planning, and conference services.
o Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
o Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously without errors.
Other requirements:
o Thai National Only, Male / Female, Age: 25–35 (Negotiable)
o Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, and creative person
o Strong passion/motivation to work in a new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in
Southeast Asia from scratch
o Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English
o Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as necessary
o Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally to meet with potential clients and participate in site visits
