Responsibilities

  1. Developing project Objectives and Scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with quality standards.
  2. Develop and execute project work plans, project activities and resources according to project timeline
  3. Organize, Coordinate Manage, Control and motivate all project stakeholders are on track with the requirements, schedules, and timelines.
  4. Control and manage sub-contractors to deliver tasks on time with approved quality
  5. Reporting and documentation: Professionally Develop and Prepare reports on project status, document processes, and evaluate project outcomes at completion.
  6. Ensuring customer and involved-entity's satisfaction
  7. Able to manage multitasking projects

Qualification

  1. Strong project management and project planning skill.
  2. At least 7 years experiences in project management.
  3. Have experience in Manage project in Government is a plus
  4. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  5. Good background and familiar with IT business industry.
  6. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or other related fields, Master's degree is a plus
  7. Good personality, leadership, excellent communication skills and customer focused mindset
