What you'll do:
- Understand business requirements and recommend any potential digital solutions in terms of system & software development technology to support business decision.
- Manage the strategic of system & software project development and tactical implementation of appropriate software technology.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal business users in solution/service development.
- Design and develop the software Functional Specification with existing system in various businesses of BCG group by create methodology of test and implement based on Agile or Waterfall framework.
- System & software project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, control, and final delivery of projects to meet expectations within timeline, quality and budget.
- Collaborate with all stakeholder of both internal and external for fixing problems to deliver the best solution.
- Lead the project team, manage, prioritize the project implementation to ensure the on-time delivery, the overall quality and system functionality.
- Manage and monitor the project implementation, User Acceptance Testing and communicate to all project stakeholder of status update regularly.
- Stay up-to-date on all kinds of system & software development technology related to BCG businesses such as Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Microservice Architecture, Event-Driven Applications etc.
