Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end - to - end software development projects to ensure quality, timelines and business objectives are met.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and end users to gather, analyze and manage project requirements effectively.
  • Supervise and guide the development team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow across all project phases.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges between user requirements and technical limitations with practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure proper resource allocation and timeline control.
  • Communicate project updates and issues clearly to management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among cross - functional teams including developers, analysts and business users.
  • Foster a positive, productive team environment that encourages ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or any related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management for software development or IT related projects
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem - solving and decision - making abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in managing development teams and coordinating with business users
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus
  • Knowledge of Golang or modern backend technologies is an advantage
