Responsibility:

(Focus: Support execution, community engagement, awareness coordination at physical presence)

  1. In-Store Experience Execution & Environment Support

  2. Ensure daily readiness of store environment, including cleanliness, product display, and experience zones.

  3. Support the execution of in-store campaigns and seasonal activations.

  4. Coordinate with store teams to maintain high standards in service and visual presentation.

  5. Monitor the physical space to ensure it reflects brand identity and supports ABO visits.

  6. Community Engagement Activities

  7. Assist in organizing in-store events such as product demos, workshops, and ABO meetups.

  8. Facilitate event logistics (venue setup, materials, registration, follow-up).

  9. Promote participation in activities that foster peer-to-peer connection and ABO engagement.

  10. Serve as a warm, welcoming point of contact for ABOs during events.

  11. Brand Awareness & Campaign Coordination

  12. Implement promotional materials and displays for new launches and initiatives.

  13. Support local awareness efforts through in-store communication and signage.

  14. Ensure ABOs are informed about current campaigns, services, and opportunities.

  15. Help monitor ABO feedback related to awareness and program clarity.

  16. Cross-Functional Coordination

  17. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Training, Operations) to support execution of experience activities.

  18. Communicate event or campaign needs to relevant departments in a timely manner.

  19. Prepare event summaries and assist in post-activity feedback collection.

  20. Service Support & ABO Empowerment

  21. Assist ABOs in understanding and using store services, tools, and facilities.

  22. Support onboarding of new ABOs through store tours and service introduction.

  23. Actively listen to ABO feedback and escalate insights for action.

  24. Experience Monitoring & Improvement

  25. Gather basic data on event attendance, ABO satisfaction, and store activity.

  26. Help prepare reports and suggest improvements based on front-line observations.

  27. Support quality checks on service standards and store experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 3 years in Engagement Activities, Customer Engagement, Marketing Activities field.
  • Enjoy organizing activities and creating new, innovative ideas for engagement programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Canva.
  • Strong analytical data and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
