Head of Business Development

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Develop strategic plans to enter new markets, offerings, or customer segments.
- Manage the full BD pipeline from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands, agencies and key stakeholders.
- Create mutually beneficial collaboration models that drive long-term value.
Draft and negotiate partnership proposals, commercial terms, and contracts.
Develop and optimize monetization models for products, services, and digital platforms.
Recommend new revenue opportunities such as subscription, licensing, affiliate, paid content, or bundled offerings.
Partner with marketing, and content teams to build offerings that align with revenue goals.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of monetization projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Partnerships, Revenue/Monetization, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of revenue models, pricing strategies, and deal structures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
- Experience in media, tech, entertainment, or digital platforms is a bonus.
- Proven team management or team leadership experience.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
