Cathcart Technology has an excellent opportunity for a Head of Product Development who has a strong interest and passion for blockchain technology and digital asset projects. You will have the unique opportunity to drive innovation and enhance user experiences in digital asset ecosystem development.

The role and responsibilities:

As the Head of Product, you are accountable for scaling digital asset platforms that are growing very quickly. You will lead the product development and technical teams to improve the capabilities of the products.

You will also work with the business and marketing teams to analyze product trends and research from users, ensuring that the products are always up to date with market trends.

Having experience in blockchain, DeFi, or digital assets is advantageous for this role. A solid background in trading, investment, or experience working with a fintech company will help shape the product development strategy.

Qualifications of the Head of Product:


• 5+ years' experience in end-to-end product development


• Possess solid technical skills and work closely with the software development team


• Have a strong interest or passion for blockchain and cutting-edge technology


• Have experience working on the digital asset, investment, and trading projects


• Possess entrepreneurial and strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


• Experience in leading cross-functional teams


• Good command of English
