Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform sales activities for Plastics and Polymer related products in Thailand.
  2. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customer.
  3. Analyze market (market movement and business opportunities), customer, and competitor trends to develop sales target, margin, and penetrate new product and new market.
  4. Identify customer needed, and response exceeds their expectations.
  5. Communicate with supplier for cost negotiate, sales condition, stock management, and participate in new product testing with customers.
  6. Collaborate with supplier's technical services team in fulfilling specific customer requests.
  7. Coordinate with sales coordinator to ensure the effectiveness of delivering process from receiving purchase orders, delivery notice, product delivery to debt collection
  8. Prepare weekly report, monthly sales performance report, and annual sales target setting
  9. Customer Prospecting & Market Hunting: Research, identify, and approach potential customers in targeted industries and regions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry, Polymer science, Chemical engineering, Material engineering, Industrial engineering or any related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the field of plastics or chemical industry, (related in automotive field will be an advantage)
  3. Good command of English (Chinese will be an advantage)
  4. Able to visit customer at upcountry
  5. Driver license and owned vehicle is required
