Job Description:

  • Taking over order files from the Sales Department and introducing all necessary measures for the correct start of the project, especially the structure of the order contents and its registration in the schedule, capacity and cost planning.
  • Responsible for kick-off meeting reports after taking over orders from the Sales Department.
  • Forwarding the documents to all necessary project team members.
  • Arranging and if necessary, holding project meetings.
  • Dealing with on-going schedule and capacity coordination of all orders in the implementation phase, dealing with conflict solution and entering the updated project data in the planning system.
  • Independent handling of projects (domestic and international) with medium to above-average complexity, regarding project objectives, customer and commercial demands.
  • Coordination of all supervisors and commissioning of the department; determination of services according to professional qualification and staff availability.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • Has 5 years related experience in mechanical design, project management or in charge of material planning in an international manufacturing company.
  • PMP Certified would be an advantage.
  • Has a good command of English.
  • Able to travel aboard / upcountry.
  • Has a driving license.
