Management Trainee

The Management trainees will undergo developments through action learning, such as entrepreneurial skills, critical thinking skills, and complex problem-solving skills to name a few. The responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. Participants of the program will gain valuable business insights with people at all levels within and outside the organization.

Key responsibilities are:-

• Understand overall business processes and goals in assigned projects
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Preparing documents and updating records.
• Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

Qualification:-

• Fresh graduates but at least 1 year working experience is a plus- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills / Good command of English is a plus- Proficiency in MS Office.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Excellent time management skills
• Proven achievement record from university and extracurricular activities
• Available to work in flexible working conditions (working hours/location)
