'EXPERIENCE ASIA' a leading Thailand DMC, handling clients from North America, UK and Europe, are seeking qualified staff to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservations and inquiries with the highest level of customer service, ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process reservations for guests via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Provide accurate information about our services, packages, and special promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and customer profiles.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs and requests are met.
- Follow up with guests to confirm their reservations and offer additional services.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the front desk as needed.
Qualifications:
- Thai National with ability to speak, write, and read in English.
- Bachelor's Degree or education in hospitality and related fields - New grads welcome.
- Proven experience in a customer service or reservations role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using reservation and customer management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
