Job description:

•       To responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring stock accuracy to be achieved KPIs of Toshiba Logistics and Customer.

•       To supervise NVOCC team leaders in performing day-to-day that the assigned work is control as planned and completed as scheduled in the manner that complies with the set standards, processes, procedures, work instructions and Standard Operation Processes (SOPs).

•       To identify the problem from operations procedures related to shipping document, HBL accuracy, and propose the solution to make effective/efficiency in operations processes.

•       To plan improve NVOCC services control for makeup performance, design solution , tracing correctly information in system and update to Customer closely.

•       Issued billing documents to customers within the scheduled due date. Drafted invoices and ensured that time records and complied with customer regulations.

Qualifications:

•       At least 4 years experiences in logistics Management or freight forwarder Operation field

•       Experience in financial analysis of supporting documents for payments, including logistics invoices, official receipts, and tax invoices.

•       Understand well for International trade Law and Multiple module of Transport contract.

•       Good Communication and Presentation Skill

•       PC Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

•       Ability to work independently and under pressure

•       Other tasks as assigned by Manager
