Location: Chonburi Site (Phanthong) / Pathumthani Site (Khlong 2), able to work at both sites

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

-Develop and implement warehouse operational strategies to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

-Supervise and manage the warehouse team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and daily oversight.

-Establish and enforce warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring strict compliance by the team.

-Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, warehouse utilization, and cost control, and develop improvement plans.

-Manage warehouse budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.

-Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and ISO standards.

-Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

2. Inventory Management:

-Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.

-Conduct regular inventory audits and investigate/resolve discrepancies.

-Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

3. Shipment Coordination:

-Coordinate and oversee all shipment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.

-Negotiate freight rates with transportation vendors and manage shipping costs.

-Track shipment statuses and resolve any transportation issues promptly.

4. Additional Responsibilities:

-Participate in supply chain improvement projects and implement industry best practices.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.

-Stay updated on warehouse management trends and technologies, exploring opportunities for innovation. 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

-Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience; team management experience is a plus.

-In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

-Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.

-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Proficient in written and spoken English.

-Able to travel to other sites (Pathumthani/Chonburi) from time to time, as required.
