About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager (Villa) to join our team at Xseed Property Management Co., Ltd.' in Surat Thani. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our villa properties. This is a full-time position that will allow you to develop your skills in the property management industry.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the day-to-day management of villa properties, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services
- Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns raised by villa residents or guests
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the performance of third-party service providers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property operations
- Assist with the implementation of property management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the property management team to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide excellent customer service to villa residents and guests
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, guests, and vendors
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using property management software and tools
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations
