Position: Hospitality General Manager (GM)

Location: Pattaya (Naklua 12)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and implement the entire hospitality service system for the resort.

Oversee all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Butlers, and Maintenance.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality across all departments.

Train and develop staff with a strong focus on delivering personalized, detail-oriented service.

Manage human resources: scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluation of team members.

Supervise and ensure an exceptional guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.

Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies, branding, and booking growth initiatives.

Maintain consistent quality control of all services and proactively resolve any issues that arise.

Oversee daily operational costs and ensure budget efficiency.

Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement of resort supplies and essentials.

Qualifications:

Male/Female, age 30 and above.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Manager in a hotel or resort setting.

Strong knowledge and understanding of luxury or high-end hospitality service.

Proven experience in setting up service systems and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent service mindset with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.

Fluent in English (additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, or French are a plus).

Own a personal vehicle and be able to work in Pattaya (preferably residing nearby).

Strong leadership skills and ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.



หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

วางแผน ออกแบบ และเซตระบบการบริการของรีสอร์ททั้งหมด (Hospitality Service System)

บริหารจัดการทีมงานทุกแผนก: แผนกต้อนรับ (Front Office), แม่บ้าน (Housekeeping), F&B, Butler, ซ่อมบำรุง

จัดทำ SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) เพื่อให้ทุกแผนกมีมาตรฐานเดียวกัน

เทรนและพัฒนาทีมงาน โดยเน้นการบริการแบบใส่ใจในรายละเอียด (personalized service)

บริหารบุคลากร รวมถึงการวางแผนตารางงาน สรรหา และประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงาน

ดูแลภาพรวมประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า (Guest Experience) ตั้งแต่ก่อนเข้าพักจนถึงหลังเช็คเอาท์

ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารเพื่อวางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาด การสร้างแบรนด์ และการเพิ่มยอดจอง

ควบคุมคุณภาพของบริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น

ดูแลและควบคุมต้นทุนในการดำเนินงานประจำวัน

ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ และดูแลเรื่องการสั่งซื้อของใช้ในรีสอร์ท

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป

มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง GM หรือผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการในโรงแรม/รีสอร์ท อย่างน้อย 5 ปี

มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้าน Hospitality แบบ Luxury หรือ High-end

มีทักษะการวางระบบงานบริการ และการจัดการทีม

บุคลิกดี มีใจรักงานบริการสูง ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด

มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีมาก (หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอื่นได้ เช่น ภาษาจีน/รัสเซีย/ฝรั่งเศส จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสามารถปฏิบัติงานที่พัทยาได้ (พักอาศัยในพื้นที่หรือละแวกใกล้เคียงได้)

มีภาวะผู้นำ และทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
