Job Description:

  • Develop Lead and manage the entire online business operation with a strong focus on live commerce. Responsible for revenue growth, strategic planning, digital marketing, team leadership, live streaming performance, and overall P&L of the online business unit.
  • Business Strategy & P&L Management
  • Develop and execute overall business strategy for online channels, including e-commerce platforms, social commerce, and live streaming operations.
  • Oversee P&L, forecast revenue, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Online Sales & E-commerce Operations
  • Manage online store performance across platforms
  • Optimize pricing strategies, campaigns, promotions, and sales funnels to maximize GM
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Live Streaming Management
  • Build and lead a high-performance live commerce team (hosts, content creators, production, marketing).
  • Develop live streaming strategy to drive real-time sales and audience engagement
  • Supervise digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee CRM, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Management
  • Lead and manage multi-functional teams including marketing, live streaming, creative, operations, customer service, and warehouse/logistics.
  • Set clear KPIs, provide coaching, and develop team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Management, or related fields
  • 7-12+ years of experience in Online Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Live Commerce.
  • Strong leadership and P&L management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing large teams.
  • Familiar with live stream ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
