This senior-level position is responsible for the strategic design, development, and scalability of shop-floor systems (Module and SMT) and B2B integration frameworks. The role is critical for supporting the rapid growth of key accounts, including various client. The objective is to provide robust, systematic tools that ensure seamless data exchange between production floors and global customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

  1. Architecture & System Design: Lead the design and development of software systems for production control, focusing on high-volume SMT and Module assembly lines.
  2. B2B Integration Management: Develop and maintain B2B integration solutions to ensure real-time, accurate data synchronization with global customers (e.g., API, EDI, or custom integration protocols).
  3. FITS Ecosystem Enhancement: Continuously improve and scale the FITS (Fabrinet Integrated Tracking System) and non-FITS software to meet evolving business objectives.
  4. Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier-3 technical lead to analyze and resolve complex application-related problems on the production floor, ensuring minimal downtime for the SWAT business.
  5. Standardization & Documentation: Establish and enforce coding standards, database structures, and documentation strategies to ensure system maintainability and compliance.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Business Unit (BU) leaders to translate customer-specific requirements into technical specifications and executable project plans.

Qualifications

Education:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Experience:

  • 4–9 years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
  • Proven track record in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Shop-Floor automation.
  • Direct experience in B2B/ERP Integration projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Languages: Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Web Technologies (PHP, JavaScript, ASP).
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and Module manufacturing processes.
  • System Design: Capable of high-level system architecture and database schema design.

  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (Essential for global customer interaction).
  • Urgency & Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to provide "Urgent Support" and thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments (Q2 Delivery focus).
