We are hiring Database Administrators at multiple levels (Junior – Lead) to join our IT Infrastructure team. This is your opportunity to work with Oracle Database as the primary platform, while gaining exposure to SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our databases remain secure, high-performing, and resilient—while growing your skills and career path.

As a Junior DBA, you will:

  • Support day-to-day database operations (monitoring, backups, user access).
  • Assist in troubleshooting incidents and escalating issues when needed.
  • Learn and apply best practices in Oracle and SQL Server administration.
  • Document processes, configurations, and system changes clearly.
  • Gain hands-on experience with multi-database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL).

As a Mid-Level DBA, you will:

  • Optimize Oracle databases for high performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Perform query tuning, indexing, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Manage database upgrades, patching, and migrations across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient schema design and integration.
  • Provide support for SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL databases in production.

As a Lead DBA, you will:

  • Design and architect enterprise-level Oracle database solutions.
  • Define standards, best practices, and security policies for all database platforms.
  • Lead projects involving database migration, cloud adoption, or scaling.
  • Mentor and guide junior/mid DBAs to grow their technical expertise.
  • Partner with IT leadership to align database strategy with business goals.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in Oracle while ensuring multi-DB support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Junior: 1+ year DBA experience, SQL basics, Oracle knowledge.
  • Mid: 3–5 years DBA experience, strong Oracle skills + SQL Server/NoSQL.
  • Lead: 7+ years DBA experience, architecture & leadership expertise.
  • Proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and database tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or cloud database platforms.
  • Professional certifications (Oracle, Microsoft, Cloud) preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
