Duties / Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Commissioning Management System (CMS) in alignment with project procedures and standards.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Client teams to update testing and commissioning progress in the CMS platform.
  • Verify data accuracy within the CMS, including Test Scripts, Pre-Functional / Functional Test records, and Commissioning Checklists.
  • Support the CX team in preparing weekly reports and commissioning progress summaries.
  • Assist in improving the CMS workflow and ensure traceability for client audits.
  • Provide training and user support for CMS operation to internal staff and subcontractors.
  • Support preparation of the Final Commissioning Report and Handover documentation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Industrial, or related fields).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Commissioning, QA/QC, or MEP System Testing.
  • Knowledge of Data Center MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and BMS.
  • Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., CxAlloy, Facilio, or similar tools) is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a project environment.
  • Thai Nationality only
