Solution Engineer

Solution Engineers are pivotal contributors in the region, crucial for crafting exceptional customer experiences through tailored solutions and driving innovation. They may operate as generalists, managing all listed activities, or specialize in areas such as CX consultancy, partnerships, solution and product development, or industry-specific expertise.

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

• Understand customer needs and design innovative solutions.
• Gather technical requirements and create integration plans.
• Deliver engaging demos and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Provide service quote estimations.

Solution Implementation

• Produce detailed technical documentation.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
• Lead consulting sessions and document outcomes.
• Develop conversational workflows for Infobip products.

Technical Expertise

• Implement custom solutions using scripting languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#, Go).
• Manage project implementation and troubleshoot issues.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Internal Initiatives And Continuous Development

• Document and share best practices within the department.
• Provide feedback on market feature requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Infobip's products and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project implementation and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#, Go).
• Understanding of software development and integration concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
