We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   A)    Responsibilitiesi.    General 1.    Manages Electrical Engineering related deliverables in the project (from design, construction to Commissioning (Cx), ensuring that they meet the clients' specifications and project milestones. 2.    Provides technical advice and solutions to engineering challenges, contributing to innovate designs and solutions that are compliant with local Thai codes. 3.    Ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes, standards and regulations. 4.    Monitors project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders5.    Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and compliance requirements6.    Liaises with clients, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationships7.    Prepares reports on project progress, delays, and defects, as well as technical reports and analyses. 8.    Coordinates and manages cross-functional teams internally and externally, including designers and engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project executionii.    Design and Planning1.    Develop electrical design plans and specifications in accordance with project requirements, codes, and standards.2.    Create detailed drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD or similar software.3.    Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications to ensure they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.iii.    Installation and Construction Oversight1.    Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure electrical systems are installed according to design plans and specifications.2.    Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.3.    Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support during construction.4.    Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve conflicts.iv.    Compliance and Safety1.    Ensure all electrical installations and systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations.2.    Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks and hazards on construction sites.v.    Testing and Commissioning1.    Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems to verify functionality, performance, and safety.2.    Coordinate with testing agencies and stakeholders for system commissioning and certification.3.    Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during testing or commissioning phases.vi.    Documentation and Reporting1.    Maintain accurate records of project activities, including design changes, approvals, and project progress.2.    Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory agencies.3.    Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards.B)    Qualifications:1.    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PE license) may be preferred.2.    Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in construction projects, with a focus on electrical systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.3.    Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (NEC, IEC, etc.), and construction practices.4.    Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in EPC project.5.    Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget6.    Knowledge of DC technologies, substation, regulations, Infrastructure, sequence of workers, SOO, QA/QC, CxM, and EHS is preferred.7.    Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) tools.8.    Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.9.    Should have good understanding and/ or project experience for Cx / testing and commissioning.10.    Should have good understanding of prefabrication/ long lead equipment (LLE)11.    Should have good understanding of DC project delivery cycle. 12.    Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) would be an advantage.13.    Proven experience in RFP and tender management, and contract negotiation would be an advantage.14.    Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.15.    Should be familiar with local permitting process. C)    Skills:1.    Ability to speak, read and write English and Thai. 2.    Attention to detail and accuracy.3.    Ability to work effectively in team environment.4.    Strong organizational and time management skills. 5.    Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills6.    Excellent technical and analytical skills.7.    Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniquesD)    Additional Considerations:1.    Ability to work independently 2.    Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment3.    Highly self-driven4.    Positive working attitude.5.    Willingness to learn.6.    Willingness to travel and station at construction site (Chonburi area) and work occasional overtime as required. 7.    Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements8.    Commitment to maintain high standards of integrity, quality and professionalismLocation: Remote –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
