Duties / Responsibilities

1. Engineering & Documentation

  • Study and interpret project specifications and BIM drawings.

  • Verify engineering documents with project requirements and prepare detailed interconnection lists.

  • Coordinate with subcontractor engineers to ensure smooth execution of site works.

  • Identify clashes or issues with other systems, and collaborate with respective system teams and BIM coordinators to resolve and update drawings accordingly. 

    (Experience in BMS, Chiller, and Cooling Tower Plant Management & Control systems is an added advantage.)

2. On-Field Support

  • Monitor subcontractor activities on a daily basis to ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Arrange and open PTW (Permit to Work) and prepare all required documentation for site access and execution.

  • Review and understand installation works and drawings, coordinating with the respective ECMS Engineer for timely updates.

  • Collaborate with other subcontractors on-site to align work schedules and support effective planning.

  • Support Cx activities and project handover upon completion of site construction works. 

    (Experience in BMS, Chiller, and Cooling Tower Plant Management & Control systems is an added advantage.)

3. Inspection & QA/QC

  • Upon delivery of subcontractor materials to site, review approved material documents and verify factory test reports to ensure compliance with project standards.

  • Conduct inspections with all concerned parties after installation, ensuring any defects are rectified prior to handover to the Cx Team.

  • Coordinate with the T&C Team for CxL2 Point-to-Point activities.

  • Support Cx activities and project handover during QA/QC close-out. 

    (Experience in BMS, Chiller, and Cooling Tower Plant Management & Control systems is an added advantage.)

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (ECI/ECMS) works.

  • Experience in BIM drawing review, QA/QC inspections, and site supervision.

  • Familiar with PTW processes, safety protocols, and construction documentation.

  • Knowledge of BMS, Chiller, and Cooling Tower Plant Management & Control systems is an advantage.

  • Proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, writing).

  • Strong skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, and engineering documentation

  • Thai Nationality only.
