Key Responsibilities


• Monitor process control and validate Critical Control Points (CCPs).


• Support internal and external audits related to raw materials and supplier approvals.


• Review and approve new and alternative raw materials in coordination with QA and R&D teams.


• Assist in preparing for Kosher renewal audit (June 2026) and BRC renewal audit (May 2026).

Qualifications


• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Audit support, preferably in the food & beverage manufacturing industry.


• Age 30–40 years old (preferred).


• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).


• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems.


• Familiar with food safety standards such as BRC certification or equivalent.


• Able to commute independently (no company transport provided).


• Enjoys hands-on work and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
