About the role

Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking a talented QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Samut Sakhon. As a QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform in-process and outgoing quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
  2. Monitor production line quality performance, identify abnormal trends, and report issues promptly.
  3. Use basic quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5WHY, Fishbone) to analyze root causes of defects.
  4. Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to solve quality issues and reduce defect rates.
  5. Prepare daily and weekly quality reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Verify process compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
  7. Support internal and customer audits by providing accurate documents and quality data.
  8. Participate in defect analysis and contribute to CAPA implementation.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
  2. Experience in QC/QA or electronics manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  3. Knowledge of basic quality tools such as Pareto, Histogram, Check Sheet, and Fishbone.
  4. Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams.
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  7. Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
