Head of Sales - Sukhothai Management and Services (SMS Executive)

SMS Executive is a leading provider of Comprehensive Outsourcing Solutions, specializing in managing non-core corporate functions such as executive driver services, Professional Cleaning, Administrative Support, and Bookkeeping.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Sales to build our department from the ground up, drive the adoption of these essential services, and establish us as the trusted partner for businesses worldwide. Key Responsibilities

1. Department Formation and Strategic Growth

  • Forming and Growing Sales Dept -
    Design, launch, and own the entire sales engine, including sales processes, funnels, and performance metrics (KPIs) tailored for the corporate services and outsourcing market.
  • Strategy -
    Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets for our core services (Executive Driver, Cleaning & Gardening, Administrative Support, etc.).
  • Understand the Business -
    Gain a deep, comprehensive understanding of
    SMS's
    service offerings, the nuances of corporate outsourcing, and how we empower clients by managing their non-core functions seamlessly.

2. Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead and Build the Team -
    Lead the effort to recruit, onboard, and train a world-class team of B2B sales professionals (SDRs, AEs, Managers) capable of engaging corporate clients.
  • Mentorship -
    Provide strong, inspirational leadership, continuous coaching, and mentorship to foster individual and collective success.
  • Team Work and Resilience -
    Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and resilient team culture focused on overcoming challenges, exceeding targets, and maintaining high performance under pressure.

3. Operational Coordination and Efficiency

  • Coordinate with Operations - Act as the critical link between Sales and the Service Delivery/Operations teams to ensure successful contract fulfillment, client satisfaction, and clear service  agreement (SA) communication.
  • Process Optimization - Work closely with Operations to define and refine the lead-to-delivery handoff, utilization of resources, and sales enablement tools to maximize efficiency in service delivery.
  • Reporting - Establish rigorous reporting mechanisms to communicate sales performance, forecast accuracy, and market insights to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role. Exposure to B2B Corporate Services, Outsourcing, or Facilities Management industries are a plus
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully building a sales department, scaling processes, and leading teams to meet or exceed targets.
  • Deep understanding of complex corporate sales cycles and establishing long-term service contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on team development and resilience.
  • Proficiency in defining sales strategies, forecasting, and reporting using available resources.
