  • Plan and implement marketing strategies, both online and offline, and control budgets to be in line with the plan.
  • NPD Process Launch Plan
  • Create marketing content, landing pages, maintain the company website and marketing communication channels as assigned.
  • Upload Posts for all Social Media channels including managing Inbox.
  • Manage and operate marketing activities to enhance the image of the company's products and services to be known.
  • Manage promotional media through various channels, both online and offline.
  • Coordinate with the graphics team to produce engaging content for advertising campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Controlling work with agencies to ensure the work is completed as planned.
  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and partners to amplify brand awareness and engagement.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing or marketing communications( FMCG Market) ABLT, BLT.
  • Have knowledge and ability in using Marketing Tech tools such as Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics and Google Tools.
  • Creativity, loves to do new things, Fast Learning and well organize.
  • Planning and management skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
